Every trainer in our bench is currently shipping production code or product, or has done so within the last 12 months. We don’t employ career trainers. The people teaching your cohort are the people writing the systems your cohort wants to learn from.
Experience ranges from 2 years (recently shipped engineers, useful for foundations and early-career programs) to 20+ years (CTO-level practitioners for leadership cohorts and architecture-level masterclasses).
