Code of conduct.

The standards we hold ourselves, our trainers, our partners, and our learners to. Short, plain, and enforced.

Respect

Every learner, trainer, mentor, partner, and team member is treated with respect. Disrespectful behaviour — based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, nationality, or any other dimension — is not tolerated in any AI LINC session, channel, or relationship.

Honesty

Trainers teach what they know. Learners do their own work. Partners represent their programs accurately. We don’t inflate outcomes, misattribute work, or fabricate credentials.

Safety

Sessions are spaces where it’s safe to ask questions, admit gaps, and be wrong. Trainers don’t embarrass learners. Learners don’t harass trainers or each other.

Confidentiality

What gets shared in a cohort stays in the cohort. Partner-specific information shared with us stays with us.

Reporting

If you experience or witness a violation, write to shubham@ailinc.com directly. We’ll investigate confidentially and act inside seven working days. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is itself a violation.

Enforcement

Violations can result in removal from a program, termination of a trainer engagement, ending a partner relationship, or — in serious cases — referral to appropriate authorities.
