Terms of service.
A short summary of the terms that apply when you use AI LINC services. Specific engagements have their own master services agreement that takes precedence.
Services
AI LINC provides trainers, content, LMS access, AI integrations, growth and operations support, and related education infrastructure services to partners — edtechs, colleges, NGOs, and enterprises.
Engagement
Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and IP ownership are agreed there.
Intellectual property
Curriculum, content, and platform code developed by AI LINC remain ours unless explicitly assigned in writing. Partner-specific custom work is owned per the engagement contract. Learner-generated work is owned by the learner.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense AI LINC platform access or content without written agreement. Trainers and mentors are AI LINC professionals — please don’t solicit them for direct engagement outside our programs.
Limitation of liability
AI LINC’s aggregate liability under any engagement is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to outstanding fees and any deliverables in progress.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru.
