What we collect
Contact information you give us (name, email, phone, organisation) when you fill in our forms or email us directly. Learner data we receive on behalf of partners running programs on the AI LINC platform — kept only as long as needed to deliver the program and produce its outcome reports.
What we don't do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties for marketing. We don’t use learner data to train any external AI model.
Where it goes
Limited operational sharing only — with trainers we assign to your program, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure we use to run the LMS. Each is contractually bound to the same privacy obligations.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data. Write to shubham@ailinc.com and we’ll action within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for product improvement. No third-party advertising cookies.
Updates
We’ll post material changes here and notify partners with active programs.
